Beschreibung
- Writing, editing and improving technical documentation of our software and platform
- Tutorials, reference manuals, charts, user guides and UMLs
- Collecting information from users, developers, stakeholders, departments, product managers and management to define technical and non-technical processes and procedures
- Designing a common format for the documentation & guidelines, revising existing documentation accordingly
- Creating an overview and project plan for the documentation process
- Evaluate tools and methods for the documentation process
- B.Sc. in suitable studies
- Experience in specification and documentation processes, product management experience is a plus
- High level understanding of web applications, e-commerce, ERP
- Ability to write precise, clear and comprehensive documentation on different levels of technical knowledge
- Deep knowledge of UML, ARIS or similar is a plus
