Task:Our customer is planned to be upgraded from current SAP SRM version 5.0 to 7.0.
1. Analysis of current SRM landscape
2. Analysis of current procurement processes & functions (via SAP standard or Custom development)
3. Identification of custom development which can be moved to SAP SRM 7.0 standard
4. Methodology and best-practices for Upgrade project
5. Best-practices or industry solutions for procurement processes & functions
6. Documentation of analysis and recommendations, regular status reporting"
