Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Citrix Professional (m/w)
Start: 17.02.2014
Dauer: 19.05.2014
Ort: Rhein Main Gebiet
Auslastung: fulltime
Current environment consists of:
- approx. 40 Windows bit servers
- approx. 800 concurrent users (1 300 altogether).
- there are 4 different farms providing applications and desktops
- Two factor authentication through Kobil tokens for several external users
To Do’s / Tasks
- Review of a target design for the new Citrix environment at provide recommendation and sizing information
- Design and deploy the technical solution for the Citrix Access Gateway environment.
- Review the migration strategy for the new environment
- Provide knowledge transfer and handover of documentation when project finishes
Knowledge requirements
- Very good knowledge and experience in Citrix XENApp technology (version 6.5) with good experience of migration from 32bit to 64bit platform.
- Very good knowledge and experience in CAG design, VPX class CAG’s & MPX class CAG’s via Netscaler, including sizing and performance management
- Very good knowledge in “Citrix Best Practices” & design of large and complex Citrix environments with two factor authentication & internet facing access gateways.
- Good knowledge about Citrix authentication mechanism and Active Directory Integration in several trusted and non-trusted domains & SSO
- Knowledge about TCP/IP and LAN / WAN network connectivity’s, experienced in resolution of firewall traffic related tasks when deploying complex Citrix farms.
Deliverables
- Review and sign off the overall Citrix architecture based on Citrix best practices
- Create/Deploy sustainable CAG environment according to agreed design
- Preparing technical documentations incl. diagrams and descriptions for the Citrix Access Gateway solution
- Provide communication scenario for Customer cut over and customer guidance for the new CAG solution
