For one of our clients we are looking for a CRM Salcus Vantive Analyst

Main Task:
Process analysis & design related documentaion during the software development process
Breakdown of business requirements into CRM system requirements with its dependecies
Description of cross application processes and products
Processesing & improvement of documentation according to the cusotmer's standards
Cooperation with other analysts & project leads


Required Skills:
Deep knowledge of CRM and CRM related systems
Experience with cooperation with other / foreign vendors
Telco experience
Knowledge of Rational Tool suite (Clear Case / Clear Quest)
Knowledge of the software development processes and the customer's delivery process
Knowledge of UNIX & DB systems
Knowledge of SOX & ITIL standards
Knowledge of Vantive Systems
