Description:- Application Support SAP SSF 7.x
- Evaluation, reassignment and solution-finding
of SSF end-user problems which are
implemented to a global SAP-SSF system (7.x).
- This upcoming problems will be reported via incident/
problem or service request ("tickets") to the B-Level (75%)
- Near-service activities in the SSF system, e. g.
customizing of new companies in the system (25%)
Anforderung:
- SAP SFF (Shared Service Framework)
- Very good practical experience to setup a SSF system,
back-end or front-end administration and any further
transactions and reports.
- Perform ABAP program coding incl. debugging
- Analytical capabilities
- Capacity for teamwork
- Communication skills
- Capacity to cope with stress
- Knowledge of ITIL (preferred)
- SAP OnDemand (LoD) (preferred)
- Practical experience in application support (preferred)
- language skill: German, English (both fluent)
