CRM Project Manager / Consultant B2C

Stellenbeschreibung:
CRM Projects Manager for projects such as; country template rollout, process adaptions, country specific changes - for a consumer goods company serving the retail trade via CRM B2C. Areas of focus are Accenture CAS Trade Promotion Management and Retail Execution. Ideally the candidate will have broad based CRM experience but CAS would be extremely nice to have. The project Language is English. Countries within current focus are France and Scandinavia but the project base will be Munich. Eventually other countries will be involved.

Erforderlich:
Broad based CRM experience with significant CRM suites such as; Accenture CAS or MS Dynamics or similar within a global / european environment. Very good Project Manager expereince 1-3 concurrent projects, Very good experience in B2C environments involving Retail chain outlets. Excellent experience in the area of Trade Promotion and Retail Execution. Strong Change Management. Fluent English. CAS and / or MS Dynamics preferred if possible.

Wünschenswert:
Other European Languages especially French and German. The candidate should have a stronger weighting towards functional - solution oriented skills in the retail business. There are sufficient technical skills on board.
