Tätigkeit:For one of our customers in the banking sector in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a Functional Solution Specialist (m/f). The Functional Analyst (FA) must be able to analyze data requirements from test managers as well as business oriented descriptions about new testdata objects. Another aspect is process documentation (create documentation for Helpdesk, ensure changes to process are agreed by all stake holders, update request templates). The following skills are required: Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Requirements Analysis & Documentation. Additional skills such as basic knowledge about SAP BP/DM/CML and fluent English are required.
