For one of our clients we;re URGENTLY looking for a resident engineer. The job is in Koblenz, 12 months contract, interviews taking place before Christmas.The purpose of the job is :
The role will encompass the scope of application software validation and verification processes, work out with the client to resolve the software issues, to support production of the cameras.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
• Interfacing with customer on all issues faced in integration of the product at the test bench, Test Vehicles, pre-production vehicles etc
• Understanding the customer requirements, Production and programming process
• Troubleshooting issues at the first level and forwarding to the concerned issues
• Coordinating with the product development, system Engineering, Validation, HW and mechanical team for issues faced by customer
• Anchoring issues related to requirements with the customer and or other supplier onsite
• Managing deliverables to reach customer's validation bench, mules, test vehicles, builds etc for different vehicle platform and track the versions, features, releases, issues etc.,
• Support the product development team to debug by collecting vehicle logs and briefing necessary test scenarios
