Beschreibung
Task:Define a project plan, for each account involved, than will maximize the goals established and minimize
the risks (in cost and execution)
- Execute the action plan leveraging available internal and external resources, and managing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Report to the project?s management all status on project completion
- Determine major project risks and propose a mitigation plan for all of them
- Coordinate all internal and external resources to ensure there is a suitable technical solution to
consider for each account and a feasible execution plan
- Control in deep detail all cost expenses and manage the budget.
Requirements (Must have):
- deep knowledge of the dependencies Utility ? VPC
- Knowledge of decommissioning process
- Deep knowledge of NGDC moves
