UAT Test Leader (m/f)

• Proactively plan, lead and co-ordinate all UAT activities for projects within a release and/or portfolio
• Represent UAT at project meetings to understand business requirements & UAT scope. From this analysis, gain a thorough understanding of the impacted business processes to define the remit of testing required and produce a UAT Test Plan
• Full engagement with relevant business areas to clarify business scope and check understanding by arranging walkthrough sessions to obtain sign off from all impacted areas
• Co-ordination of any business areas where testing is
• Manage the production of a test matrix & test scripts (within Quality Centre) to support the change. Ensure the business is fully engaged to provide overall confidence in the testing approach, coverage and ultimate sign off of the testing executed
• Manage and take ownership of UAT activities, including identifying and securing business resource, contributing to go/no go decisions & project release gates as appropriate
• Communicate progress against project & testing timelines
• Ensure requirements are thoroughly and successfully tested, using tools such as traceability matrix and standard repository-based tracking to provide high quality user testing

• Language skills in English essential
• Fluent German speaker
• Experience in coordinating, managing and planning UAT (acceptance and business tests) essential
• Experience within live insurance beneficial
• Test Analyst experience beneficial
