Ihre Aufgaben:
- Responsible for understanding
- Predicting and influencing the customer needs for services
- Manage the demand take-in
- Ensure that the Demand is complete (Demand QA, e.g. Business Case)
- Comprehensible and monitor the realization
- Process consulting
- Analysis of customer requirements / functional specifications
- Business solution documentation
- Operational project- and portfolio management
- Case-related testing during integration testing
Ihre Qualifikation
- Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies
- Knowledge of process modeling and data modeling approaches
- Experience with Content Management Systems (best case Pirobase or Sitecore)
- Experience in E-Marketing area (best case retailer industry)
- Knowledge of project management techniques (and project working models)
- Very good English language skills
- Very good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Service oriented appearance
