International Medical Manager (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- As appropriate, participation in Study Management Team, Medical Affairs Team, Global Publication Team meetings, and other cross-functional teams
- Data generation/clinical-trial-related activities
- Knowledge exchange and scientific collaboration activities
- Project milestone and budget tracking for activities in the medical plan, in coordination with other functions
- Provide medical input for the execution of global medical plan for the assigned product, including coordination of affiliate trial proposals
- Implementation of medical affairs data generation activities, can include but is not limited to: coordination/ preparing protocols and writing clinical study reports, coordinating and preparing data outputs
- Communicate and collaborate closely with clinical trial managers to support appropriate information flow between strategic and operational activities
- Organise and lead independent data monitoring boards, data safety monitoring boards, and trial steering comittees
- Develop annual plan(s) for non-trials activities outside of publications as key component(s) of themMedical plan(s)
- Manage project budgets, vendors and phasing adjustments with finance proactively and effectively
- Drive the organization of internal and external meetings, events and training programs, as prioritized in the medical plan (e.g. advisory boards)
- Contribute to KOL activities (e.g. profiling and identification) and ensure oversight of the HCP engagement process for medical activities
Ihre Qualifikation
- Medical, scientific, or pharmaceutical degree
- Ideally MD or PhD with experience in the specific disease area
- Profound experience within the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in a medical or project management function)
- Knowledge of medical education and communication management
- Scientific collaborations with external experts and organizations
- Budget management/project management experience
- Profound knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory requirements for drug registration, clinical trials and medical communication
