Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Technical Project Manager.Technical Project manager is responsible to organize, lead and manage projects from inception to completion. Accountable for capturing and managing Scope, Timelines, Budget and Risk Mitigation of assigned customer projects. Work closely with project team, customers, internal and external stakeholders and function as a central point of contact for all project related information.
Project Management
Is working according to PMI / PRINCE-2 or similar methodology.
Creates and executes project work plans and revisions via change orders as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Prepares and communicates project status and progress to internal and external team members.
Project Accounting
Tracks and reports project hours and budget on a weekly basis.
Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing for projects.
Analyzes project revenue, bill rates and utilization.
Financial management
Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost to completion projects and makes decisions accordingly.
Accurately forecasts revenue, bill rates and utilization.
Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.
Business Development
Identifies business development, extensions and add-on sales opportunities related to a specific project.
Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping.
Communication
Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
Holds regular status meetings with project team.
Keeps project team well informed of changes within the client organization and general news.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to internal and external stakeholders.
Delivers engaging, informative and well-organized presentations.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.
Technical Understanding
Background in IT projects using various development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Understands the concepts of complex migrations.
Understands networks and infrastructures as it relates to coordinating activities for project deployments.
Has performed business analysis functions to assist in gathering and documenting requirements.
Is able to perform discussions with SME’s on technical level.
Leadership
Challenges team members to develop as leaders.
Inspires team members to attain goals and pursue excellence.
Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for positive change.
Coaches and mentors organization and team members in the best practices of Project Management.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent education/experience.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities; management experience preferred.
6+ years experience in technology with 4+ years in technical project management and 2+ years required business analysis experience (outlined below).
Project Management Skills - Required
Technical Project Management of network related projects
Proficiency with Project Management tools; spreadsheets or other
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Technical Skills - Required
Knowledge of CISCO Networks infrastructure.
Knowledge of Extreme Networks infrastructure.
Knowledge of Juniper Networks infrastructure.
Knowledge of Checkpoint FW infrastructure.
Other Requirements
Self-starter, results oriented, able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Must demonstrate good judgment, tact, and a clear purpose while under pressure in a very dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong administrative/organizational skills (ability to effectively prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines on multiple projects).
Ability to travel up to 25%.
