Beschreibung
Task:- Monitor and evaluate the performance of servers, operating systems and database
- Develop plans for new sytems and system enhancements and determine data secruity, backup and recovery requirements
- New Server Setup (RAID Configuration, Operating system Installation - Windows 2008)
- Managing various user accounts such as Windows domain, CRM
- Applying business /technical support concepts to analyze application
- Administration of SAN infrastructure (NetApp Storage)
- Aministration of Exchange 2010 Messaging infrastructure
Requirements (Must have):
- Good knowledge of windows 2008 Server operating system and Network Infrastructure (Active Directory)
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- Fluent English and French
- Good knowledge of Windows Based Applications
- Knowledge of Exchange Server 2010 Messaging system
