IT Support Technician – Germany12 IT Support Technicians are needed on contract basis in various locations in Germany on behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Applicants shall speak fluent German and English, and eligible to work in Germany.
Responsibilities and tasks:
• Identify and initiate resolutions to IT related user problems, requests, and concerns associated with hardware, software, and other IT resources;
• Ensure escalation of all non-routine issues to appropriate personnel;
• Assist with the planning and implementing of user hardware and software;
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies;
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is achieved and required service level agreements are met
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar and 2 years of experience in technical support functions;
• Effective knowledge of computer hardware and software systems;
• Effective problem solving skills;
• Effective interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English and German in written and oral;
• Drive License
