Stellenbeschreibung:
Process Analysis in Telco Area / Network Technology; In detail: UTS is a project to introduce a Unified Ticketing System. In the context of introduction there is the task to align the processes, agree efficiencies and identify and implement process/efficiency benefits. The target is to identify both potentials and risks, to drive decisions whether to implement/mitigate them, to create plans how to implement them in terms of change management and documentation, and to execute and monitor the implementation of the process/application handling changes.

Erforderlich:
Deep experience in Analysis / Status Analysis; Profound Know How on Telecommunication Processes; experience in performing analysis where unification is still possible on process level and which benefit can be generated; exp. in identifying efficiency opportunities and preparation decision proposals on unification topics and drive the decision together with the process accountables; exp. in create plans how to implement the unifications considering dependency to tools, necessary documentation and training effort, measurement concepts, change (people) management and implement the plans and monitor the execution
