- Business Relationship Managements Tasks for customer RM- Supporting daily business of ACM/CSM in supporting customer and customer’s services
- Preparation, execution and post-processing of customer meetings
- Supporting contract management regarding creation, changes, extension and closing contracts.
- Supporting in invoicing verification and customer reclamations
- Tracking of several tasks lists and creation of regular status reports/presentations
- Supporting project activities with focus Account- and Service Management Tasks
- Good knowledge about ITIL processes and if possible ITIL certification
- Worked as Client Service Manager or Client Service Manager deputy within BASF environment (must)
- Good knowledge of BASF GS organization and delivery organization (must)
- Experienced in creation of service documentation
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work in an organized way
- Strength of purpose and performance orientation
- Excellent communication skills towards all hierarchy levels of the organization and customers
