Task:2 FTE´s required to Define a project plan, for each account involved, than will maximize the goals established and minimize
the risks (in cost and execution)
- Execute the action plan leveraging available internal and external resources, and managing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Report to the project?s management all status on project completion
- Determine major project risks and propose a mitigation plan for all of them
- Coordinate all internal and external resources to ensure there is a suitable technical solution to
consider for each account and a feasible execution plan
- Control in deep detail all cost expenses and manage the budget.
Requirements (Must have):
- Project Management.
Essential experience:
- Knowledge of industry standard Utility Computing and /or Cloud Computing technologies would be highly benefitial.
- Broad understanding of HP Data Center technologies and standard application and database environments, including exposure to SAP (SAP expertise a bonus)
- Experience in similar Information Technology environments, large corporation or Enterprise service management.
- Experience in large programs or managing concurrent portfolio of projects, with focus on centralised planning and finance management.
- Management of off-shore and leveraged resource across multiple time zones, specifically in multi-project environment.
- Proven track record of managing Data Center transformation activities, in line with a formal Project Management framework, PMI, PRINCE, etc.
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge of HP?s Enterprise Cloud Service portfolio, e.g. ECS-USS, ECS-Utility or ECS-VPC, including:
o Deep knowledge of transformation dependencies Utility ? VPC.
o Experience of VPC provisioning process and prerequisites.
o Experience or knowledge of VPC customer on-boarding and /or transformation from legacy solutions.
- Knowledge of Data Center Transformation program:
o Deep knowledge in all HP move relevant processes, ALDEA/BI/NOtA/Change mgmt etc.
o Understanding of DCT Program, its people, processes and financial rules (Global Accounting Rules).
o Acquainted with the program specific tools, processes and procedures.
o Reliable financial management and status reporting utilising DCT program standard.
