Task:Project Initiation, planning and overall Project management
- Implementation of connected Data Center Servers in mirrored pairs in the DC?s located in Hanover and Nottingham
- Support by means of documentation the end user with the migration of Personal Network Drive data (i.e. transfer of all backup data which are currently stored on the Personal Network Drive to the storage of the PC Backup Solution)
- Agent deployment
- End user documentation and recorded 1 hour web-based training
- Support CLIENT in the creation of German language documentation required for approvals by CLIENT workers council
- L1 Help Desk training
- Handover to support (i.e. handover to production)
Requirements (Must have):
o Ability to Lead/Manage effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments, Country,Regional or Global Level. Complex organizational and technical environments.
o Organizational Interface Management: Actively bridges technical and business cultures and perspectives to promote cross-organizational collaboration
o Information Management Acumen (IT): Demonstrates fundamental understanding of information management systems and infrastructure
o Demonstrated success working effectively under short timeframes and significant pressure.
o Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
o Master of one or more service domain(s)
o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
o Project Management skills
o German native, English fluent
? Proven technical knowledge:
o Experience in management of a contract price benchmark for a large outsourcing customer, including experience with a global Benchmarker such as Gartner
o Power station network interface design projects.
o Management experience of strategic initiatives for IPv6, ADFS, SNI and Security concepts
o Skills in management of support for applications such as R2C/Schleupen , EMTG sync data transfer.
? Essential skills non-technical
o In-depth knowledge of HP processes and tools
o Well-introduced into the various HP standards (e.g. business conduct)
o Demonstrable high level of customer acceptance
o High level of flexibility and resilience
Senior Master level project management resource
More than 7 years of experience in the IT Outsourcing, Services, or Support plus BS in Computer Science, IT, IS, or EE (or equivalent combination education or experience)
Undergraduate degree Computer Science, Information Technology/Services, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination education or experience).
Environment/Miscellaneous:
1 candidate for Munich and 1 for Hannover (Travel to Nottingham necessary)
