Für einen namhaften Kunden im GR Köln suchen wir einen Projectmanager (m/w) bis Ende 2013 mit der Option auf Verlängerung

Der Senior Project Manager ist nicht eigentlich verantwortlich tätig sondern ist dem Head of Project Management unterstellt. Er ist u.a dafür zuständig sicherzustellen das die Termine (Meilensteine) sowie das Budget eingehalten werden.

• Organize and coordinate the different tasks of the request necessary to accomplish the project and this with the help of technicians.
• Communication and presentation to medium and higher management as well as to the customer
• Apply the principles and standards of project management defined in
• Validate the scope requested for the project and make the necessary time and budget estimations.
• Ensure the implementation of the technical solution as designed and delivered by an SDA (Solution Design Authority) and this in accordance with the requested SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
• Make the necessary communication towards the technicians participating in the project by defining all concrete deliverables.
• Do the follow-up of the project during the full lifecycle, and if necessary take corrective actions.
• Report the status of restrictions, issue’s, assumptions and risks towards the department head.
• Take the responsibility for the final result of the delivered project.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the organization within his team
• Responsible for reporting, and can be helped by a PO.
• Work in a cross company team (Client/Provider)
- Work with different level maturity Workstream Leaders
- Work as a dual headed Project Management Team (Client/Provider)
- Knowledge of ITIL and Config Management is a plus

Skills:

• Experience in different local and international project (minimum 5 years)
• Experience in communication and negotiation with higher management and customer
• Professional experience in IT infrastructure services.
• Experience in infrastructure services management environment.
• Knowledge of PM methodology
• Knowledge of MS project software
• English is a must. (CEF level B2).
