For one of our clients (Telecommunication) we are looking for several roles: Delivery Leader, Delivery Manager, Delivery Coordinator1. Delivery Leader:
• Stress resistant (pressure on delivery targets in combination of following processes)
• Has project leading skills and experience in similar roll out projects
• Knows how to plan/forecast project results (setting targets/plan line)
• Knows the steps within network rollout projects and has a few years’ experience in managing a cluster of projects/sites in Network Rollout
• Knows how to handle risks within the projects
• Manages activities of a multi-disciplinary team to reach the results needed
• Communicates in a clear and focussed way and shares project knowledge with colleagues, including brainstorming/discussions
• Knows how to work in balance of Time, Quality and Costs within network rollout projects
• Stakeholder management
• Controlling field people
• Weekly reporting, make management summary’s (One slider)
- Location: 4 days Stein, 1 day Sliedrecht (expenses are paid by the consultant)

- VOL VCA Certificate
2. Delivery Manager acting as cluster coordinator in the KPN swap factory.
• Stress resistant
• Having skills to analyse
• Helicopter view
• Having problem solving capabilities
• Controlling field people
• Weekly reporting
- Location: 4 days a week in The Hague, 1 day per week at Sliedrecht (expenses are paid by the consultant)
It is a function primarily to manage 3 Field Engineers (troubleshooters).
Would also be a backup / support role for the Swap
- VCA-VOL certified preferred
3. Delivery Coordinator
• Maintain the overview that the PW's are running and at what stage they are
• Register CAB / PW numbers in SH.
• Take care of work orders if applicable for WFM.
• ROC planned work
• Monitoring PW's and coordinates any roll-backs
• Guarantee quality for changes:
- precheck, 1 day before the actual change
- aftercheck, to verify everything has been done according to PW (e.g. no alarms after a change)
- Check if the site(s) are running and interworking in the same way as before the change
• Follow up and ensure that punches / remaining issues are solved/implemented.
• Report as ready the Planned Work requests at ROC planned Work that are finalized
