Anforderung:Excellent knowledge in SAP HCM (PA,PT,PY-Austrian payroll, data migration, interfaces)
Scope of work: understand and document business requirements,create specification documents, customizing,implementation and testing,train key users. ABAP development skills of value
Minimum 5 years experience in customer delivery projects, preferably corporate large enterprise
projects
Familiar with customer contact,convincing in discussions/negotiations
Act on his/her own initiative with regards to functional and technical approach/solution
Takes accountability for the work/results taken,ability to work results-oriented and to achieve goals
Familiar with working in teams and communication across different teams
Servicestobe provided in German language, work location is Vienna
Own equipment (notebook and mobile phone) required
Supplier will provide the following services (collectively,the "Services"): The Services will be provided in the area of SAP HCM:
o Participation in internal and customer workshops o Participation in project and workstream meetings
o Creation of low Ievei specifications, reviews with the customer
o Provision of effort estimates for tasks related to customization, implementation and testing
o Provision of progress information (work performed, estimate to complete)
o Development, customizing and implementation of the functualities according to the low Ievei specifications
o Testing of the developed, customized and implemented solution during the build phase including
failure analysis
o Support for user acceptance test and test payroll runs during the test phase including failure analysis
o Creation of related training documentation and user manuals
? Support for the customer in developing customer's elearning and training material
o Performtraining of ES-SSC (shared service center)
o Support for eross-over and go-live activities
