Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a VMWare ESX administrator (f/m) with extensive knowledge regarding the operations of VMWare server in enterprise environments. Objectives: building, maintenance and support of VMWare environment. The candidate must have experience with ESX Enterprise and Enterprise+ versions 4.1 and 5.1, FC and NFS based storage, standard and distributed vSwitches, stretched cluster operations of environments distributed over different data centers and PowerShell Scripting incl. PowerCLI. Finally, the candidate preferably has experience with Desktop Virtualisation (VDI) in general, XEN Desktop at ESX in particular, VMware Replication, Cisco Nexus 1000v and ESX on HP Hardware (driver, management agents etc.). Project Start: asap. Project End: 31.12.2013 (with the possibility of extension). Further conditions: willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and on-call. Location: Rhine-Main-Area.
