Task:For our customer in Heidelberg, we are looking for a Finance and Accounting person to help us with preparation of invoicing, managing contracts, open receivables for countries worldwide.
In addition the person should support managing the CRM System, Sales processes and M&O (Finance)
Job Description:
Contract Management:
? Responsible for invoicing / credit notes
? Maintain master and project data in our CRM system
? Internal communication and coordination with different international billing departments
? Reporting
? Open receivables
Requirements (Must have):
commercial education (abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung) - P3
work experience in Sales Back Office (Erfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst) - P2
experienced user of MS Office, Outlook, SAP-FI (Kenntnisse in MS Office, Outlook, SAP-FI) - P3
German and English fluent in spoken and written, (Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift) - P3
