Functional CRM Consultant with Home Care industry experience required for contract work in Germany. .NET - CRM
Home Care company requires a strong functional CRM consultant with home care industry experience to build an IT platform on .NET/MS Dynamics CRM/XRM base
MS Dynamics experience preferred but not essential. This position will be based in Germany - expenses/relocation costs negotiable.
Criteria:
- Understanding of home care requirements:
- Patient interaction
- Quotations on medications
- Handling of medical documents, subscriptions - document management
- Managing orders
- Distributing of products
- Invoicing
- Enabling workflow to support the sales force
Soft skills
- Working with onshore/offshore parties and different client locations in Europe
- Being pragmatic and fast to put business requirements in system design setup in a pseudo agile approach with early client validation of design
- Being able to manage design workshops with client leading fast to agreements and pragmatic design
- Being able to translate business requirements to technical architects and designers and even off shore
- Being able to support business in process descriptions, validation scenarios, test description, go-live preparation activities
Technical requirements:
- Understanding standard CRM products preferred MS dynamics CRM/XRM
- Understanding IT global template approaches
- Knowing software development life cycles and being able to steer the functional piece:
- Proof of concept quick scope identification and turn around
- Functional requirement documentation
- Test case identification and description
- Testing support
- Training material creation and support
- Evtl training execution
- Go-live preparation and support as also business hypercare support

Daily rate for this position is flexible/open to discussion, with an absolute maximum of £600p/d. My client is also willing to discuss expense/relocation costs. 6 Month initial contract.
