Next Ventures is urgently looking for a Service Desk Analysts

Start date: ASAP
Location: West Germany
Duration: 3 months

Role & Responsibilities

Describe the Challenges, Key Result Areas, Decisions he/she can make, Team Size, Future growth in our organization.

Give the Project/Account Description, wherever possible, else describe the activities scheduled in the Project/Account.

Mandatorily specify the domain/technology areas the candidate will work on.

Technical requirements:

  • Troubleshooting skills on desktop and applications (MS Office, Adobe etc.) in German
  • Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up, wireless Routers
  • Knowledge on Active Directory, domain controllers etc.
  • Exposure to password reset tools
  • Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
