Production Support and Development Senior Oracle DBA with Production Support experience covering a large support portfolio.
Technical Skills (Must Have):
• Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g
• Dataguard
• RMAN
• Performance Tuning
• PL/SQL
• Oracle (Upgrades/Patches)
• Grid control
• Replication
• Shell Scripting (Linux/Solaris/AIX)
• Very good German and English language skills required (verbal and written)
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
• Advanced Compression Option
• Advanced Security Option
• OEM
• Oracle Application Server
• Oracle Forms
• ASM
• Oracle reports server
• Version Control
• Project leading skills
• High ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
• Provide in-depth direction related to DBMS features and to assist project teams.
Other:
• Trouble shooting Oracle production environments.
• Tuning
• Provide in-depth direction related to DBMS features and to assist project teams
• Ability to address complex database issues.
• Pro-actively monitor performance of the Production systems.
• Investigates, reviews and recommends adoption of new features and utilities.
• Upgrades / Patch DBMS
