Project description:
provide resources to reimage user devices (desktops and / or laptops)
Tasks:
reimage process - involve copying user data to external media
rebuilding the device using the latest Microsoft Windows 7 build
restoring the user data back onto the device
Must-Have Skills:
can follow written instruction (english language) to load an image onto a desktop and laptop
sufficient command of the english language to be able to receive instructions, provide updates and escalate if necessary
