For one of our clients we are looking for a Server Administrator in Aachen (m/f)Tasks:
- Solve incoming customer tickets as member of a support team
- Linux and Unix server installation of physical (HP DL / Dell servers) and virtual systems
- Linux, Solaris and Windows system configuration, problem analysis and troubleshooting
- Cisco switch configuration (Cat-OS, IOS, NX-OS)
- Monitoring system configuration (Nagios/OP5)
Skills:
- More than 3 years Linux and Solaris administration hands-on covering installation, configuration and troubleshooting activities
- Good knowledge of networking basics (Routing, Switching and Firewall functionality)
- CCNA (or CCNP) certification
Nice to have:
- More than two years of Cisco switch configuration hands-on
