Title - Program Manager - German Language
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Heidelberg, Germany
Single point of contact for IT head and Business head for the programme.
Produce project plan in consultation with WPMs and track & report the progress of the programme regularly.
- Maintain risk register for the programme and take appropriate mitigation actions/contingency plans to handle the risks proactively.
- Should help bringing all stakeholders together and work for a common goal
- Required to track the Demand and supply of the programme by collecting the estimates from various stakeholder and
- Appraise Business & IT head Manager the budget and timelines of the programme and take necessary actions if there are deviations
- Help HCL in clarifying queries & consolidation of artefact by coordinating with German stakeholders for inputs and deliverables from their side
- Will be Responsible for overall delivery of the programme from study phase to implementation phase
- Need to monitor critical path activities and handle issues and dependencies meticulously
- Required to capture action items and follow up with all parties for closure within the agreed due date
