One of our well established client is urgently in need of Technical Support - Frankfurt, Germany.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Contract - 3 to 6 months contract extendable
Required Skills:
Technical Support of Intel based Servers and Non Intel based Servers
Knowledge of IP telephony (VoIP)
Good Exposure to Network (LAN, Switches, Routers)
Hands on technical support of OFFICE support (office suite, PC/Laptop install and config.)
Active Directory
Windows
Should be willing to work in shifts and the resource should speak in German and English
6 hrs of work for 6 days in a week and 1 day off (total of 36 hours over 6 days)
