Task description
* Developing and implementation of emergency changes and virtual testing solutions
* Creating, analyzing and integration of Software packages and images
* Provide operational support for activities involving Software Distribution with SCCM
* Troubleshoot failures - Identify system problems and recommend solutions
* Escalation/ troubleshooting issues with Software Update deployments, desktop migrations and application deployments
* Performs complex problem solving, determination and resolution of Application-related issues including provisioning path via Citrix Virtualisation Services.
* Provide incident and problem management support and proactively identify the shortcomings and provide solutions for sustained and predictable delivery of operational tasks.
* Improve the overall quality of delivery for the entire organization.
* Building, implementing and improving processes related with day-to-day SCCM Operations.
Skills
* MSI packages: Wise Package Studio, Admin Studio
* SCCM, Linux and Citrix infrastructure
* Microsoft products (Windows XP/ Win 7/ Win 8, MS Office) and Clients Windows XP, 7 and 8
* Technical expertise in SCCM and SQL
* WMI as well as other enterprise applications
* Citrix Virtualisation Services
* Preboot Execution Environment
Duration: 01.12.13 for 9 month (extension optional)
