- User consulting, onboarding and training
- Troubleshooting, problem pre-qualification and dispatching to corresponding service units (eg network, OS)
- Application maintenance and support (SAP Cloud Appliance Library (J2EE)
- Single Point of contact and coordination between different units
Netweaver knowledge, Basic knowledge of Applications on JPaaS, J2EE, OS Windows, Linux, Networking skills VPN/SAPRouter, Basic knowledge of SAP (ADM100, ADM200, ABAP), IaaS Clouds, especially Amazon Features (EC2, S3, API), SAP Application knowledge
