German Speaking SAP Training Coordinator
German Speaking SAP Training Coordinator sought for a 6 months contract opportunity based in Dusseldorf/Germany.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training plans and training activities for all target groups for training relevant to the project.
- Coordinate and follow up local training plans made by training responsibles at each site.
- Responsible for templates for training plans, follow up and training material.
- Secure high quality training for all target groups for training.
- Secure and support training resourses (designated trainers).
Primary Tasks:
- Plan and coordinate overall plans for training through out the project.
- Produce and implement templates for training plans and training material.
- Drive process for production of training material.
- Secure high quality of training outline and training material.
- Identify and support designated trainers.
- Coordinate training responsibles at the local site.
- Plan and templates for training process throughout the project.
- High quality of both process, outline, training resources and material.
- Close cooperation with both Team Leads and Change Manager.
Competence:
- Basic knowledge about ASAP project model.
- Basic competence regarding SAP modules, end user level.
- IT tools: Powerpoint, Excel, Visio.
- Language: German and English are mandatory.
- Strong drive and proactiveness.
- Ability to lead and take decisions.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Excellent planning skills
- Be able to work structured manner as well as ability to adapt to changes during the process.
