Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) - Financial Services (FS) - English & German speaking
My client seek an experienced Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) to be based in Nuremberg, Germany for a period of 6 months to 1 year with a possibility of moving to permanent.
Duration:
6-12 months, to be possibly offered a permanent role after this tenure.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German.
Main Responsibilities:
*Responsible for managing the overall development and implementation of customer-facing activities to fulfil the requirements of customer agreements.
*Maintain close engagement with the customer to drive the account's delivery activity and business growth.
*Customer-side project implementation management, version deployment and on-going maintenance and support activities.
*Manage delivery on commitment
*Customer engagement management
* Business plan management and efficiencies
*On site team management
Required Technical Skills:
*Experience in Software (SW) development and project implementation domain within Telecom/relevant industry
*English and German speaking.
*Banking/Financial background (online Banking)
*Customer Care System Knowledge
*Strong background in delivery and deployment of large scale projects
*Excellent project management skills
*Strong customer facing capabilities
