Darwin Recruitment are urgently seeking a Senior Device Modeling Engineer to work for our client who are a large manufacturer of analog, mixed-signal and specialised technologies.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a field related to semiconductor device modelling and a good knowledge of the CAD/EDA market.
They will be tasked with the creation, validation, characterization and optimisation of advanced process models and will expected to use standard simulation tools such as Spectre, HSPICE and Ultrasim.
