• Prepare and conduct training
• Analytical ability, eager to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• College degree or equivalent
• ITIL certified and experience in IT Service Management
• Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with it’s basic principles a plus
• Language skills: English and German (very good).
