INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT/TROUBLESHOOTING CONSULTANT (LEVELS 1 AND 2)
Context:
My client, based in Berlin, has the following requirement for an Infrastructure consultant to provide 1st and 2nd level support within the company's global Extranet team.
Although my client is based in the Greater Berlin area, this role will involve working customer-side across 3 locations, all within an hour of Berlin.
Skill-set:
BASIC understanding (ie ability to perform 1st and 2nd level support) on the following:
Windows system administration experience (Windows )
Citrix XepApp 4.5 and 6 experience
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESX
Experience with server build, server troubleshooting and server administration
Language Requirement:
Candidates must be fluent in both English and German.
