Main tasks:
• Coordination of activities Application Conversion
• Develop project plans with milestones and managing the necessary activities
• Preparation of reports, presentations, documents and schedules
• Communication and coordination of joint activities with other teams in the client program
Knowledge:
• Good knowledge of English
• managing international teams
• Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio and MS SharePointLicense Administrator (LCA):
Main tasks:
• Responsibility for compliance with the conditions of the end-to-end process for the combination of technical and kfm. View for each object type
• Implementation of license tests to order by the LZM
• monitoring compliance of rights in cooperation with the License Manager and Audit
• Verification of adequate/proper licensing before planned extensive software installations
• Report preparation and implementation of reporting requirements
• Initiation of Nachbeschaffungen in sublicensing
• Single point of contact for each release managersKnowledge:
• Very good knowledge of standard licensing conditions and types and their mapping under license monitoring systems
