SAP CS/Customer Service Master Trainer - German speaking
Client will pay travel expenses depending on journey expenses to and from the Erlangen offices.
Initial contract will be at the very least until the end of 2013, with possible scope for extension.
MANDATORY: Good knowledge in SAP CS, and knowledge of GERMAN and English
Tasks:
- Training needs analysis and curriculum design
- Define documentation and deployment strategy
- Course design and development of blended learning content with MS Office and TTKF
- Preparation of exercise data
- Conduct key user trainings to prepare them for their role as end user trainers
Further Skills:
- Good knowledge of customer services (eg SAP CS trainer)
- Experienced master trainer with proven conceptual skills (blended learning)
- International project experience, fluent English and German oral and written
- Good trainer skills (content development and training delivery)
- Beneficial: Omnitracker knowledge/experience with TTKF
