Will try to summarize the tasks that the consultant will fulfill for this project. As we have already 2 consultants in charge of the Business Blueprint, we are looking to a TRM expert who can prepare the sandbox system in order to facilitate the decision process during the workshops. Therefore, he must know of course TRM but also have a technical background on this topic (and especially BRF+) in order to enhance the standard solution to fit the Wallis Taxes processes.
In addition, he must also do a knowledge transfer to the key-users and help the internal developers of the Canton to better understand the solution and the available function modules. For this, the processes entered in the sandbox and the development specification must be documented.
