For our client we are currently looking for a scrum master in Munich asap for at least 6 month.our company ist the first company to build a fully cloud-based application for hotels and global chains of all sizes). Particularly suited for the new generation of hotels with a high degree of automation, thehotel management software combines property management system (PMS) with powerful distribution and channel management into a unified application. our client is a fast-growing venture-capital financed company.
Senior developer leading our team in agile scrums
First and foremost, you create awesome, clean code and help others to do the same. If it makes a difference to you whether we use Java (we don’t) or .NET (we do) or something else like Ruby on Rails (we might), you are probably not the right person for us, anyway.
You ensure that scrums are well prepared, well tracked and tightly run.
You work hand in hand with our Chief Architect to ensure that every iteration ends with a great release to delights our customers.
To achieve this, you
?Lead sprint planning
?Lead retrospectives, ensuring that continues improvements happen
?Help everybody to follow our agreed processes
?Work closely with the Product Owner to create clarity regarding business objectives and value to be created
?Continuously strive to eliminate blockage, distraction and all other forms of waste
In short, you get things done.
?You have extensive experience in developing end-user ready products of high quality and have worked with a number of well established technologies like .NET, Java, RoR.
?You know how to lead diverse teams of talented individuals.
?You are well versed in agile/lean best practices
?Ideally you speak German
