Our client, a leading IT outsourcing company with a global presence, are currently looking for a Business Architect with project management experience, along with an implementation of messaging platform within the banking arena. The role is based in Frankfurt, Germany on a 6 month rolling contract.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Profound architectural knowledge and experience - preferable domain knowledge (SWIFT; Regulatory Filtering, OMGEO, Euro Clear Crest, Unavista, Target 2)
- Profound knowledge of the applications within the financial messaging domain and a very good understanding of the products and business processes supported from these applications
- Proven Operational management experience including optimization of service propositions, business architecture and operational resources.
- A broad background in Operations & Change Management, able to perform at a senior level and influence strategic decision-makers and functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving
- Knowledge of, and experience using, process design and improvement tools/methodologies
- Strong Stakeholder Management & communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
- Effective team leader and player, able to work in virtual global teams in a Matrix organization
- Ability to work in fast paced environment & keep pace with the GTO (focus IGT/GBS ) offering, technical innovation and market driven initiatives
