We are seeking a Commissioning Manager (m/f).Tasks:
- Formulate a comprehensive commissioning program in conjunction with the planning manager. This includes the production of commissioning logic networks, methods and programs.
- Participation / coordination of daily commissioning meetings
- Participation / coordination of meetings with customer / consultant and all relevant parties during the commissioning phase
- Punch point definition together with customer / consultant and construction management
- Manpower planning including and vacation planning for the commissioning personnel
- Test-protocols
- Project specific procedures on the commissioning philosophy.
- Checklist/Check sheets (for Pre-commissioning, engine’s ready)
- Schedule for approved doc (Time schedule Documents)
- Procedures to produce a comprehensive method statement in conjunction with the QA/QC manager (system by system incl. HSE)
- Establishing start up and operating procedures.
- Support for the Work Permit system, which is already managed by the site / construction management
- Coordination of customer / consultants attendance for witnessing test results.
- Defining system handover protocols.
- Standard Procedures for Commissioning by sub suppliers (Documentation)
- Overall responsibility for Commissioning of the project
- Coordinating and Overseeing all commissioning activities by sub-contractors
- Progress report (complete weekly/daily platform report (incl. recovery planning))
- Leading of Commissioning teams
- Handover of plant or certain plant systems to customer / Take over certificate
Skills:
- Studies with a focus on engineering
- Several years of experience in commissioning (preferably large turnkey projects)
- Leadership skills, analytical skills, assertiveness and communication skills are a must
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably in French
- Additional languages are considered as a plus
