A Network Engineer is required to work for one of the world leaders in the design and manufacture of satellite systems, based in Oberpfaffenhofen in Germany. My client is the industry leader in Europe and number three worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network engineering with a strong background in network communications. They will need to demonstrate an excellent technical ability coupled with a strong background in formal networks integration and verification. This will be a customer facing role so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Previous experience of working with ground control segments is highly desirable.
Candidates must be engaged through internationally compliant solution. This will not include UK limited companies.
Rate paid (in Sterling/Euros) is for supply into Germany. Expenses will be paid for business travel if required at other sites (eg Fucino, Portsmouth etc.). Expenses will be paid in the same currency as the fee.
