Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden in München einen SAP Consultant (m/w):Major Tasks
•Business IT Operations (Run) (30 %)
•In production system environments, contribute as needed to assessing requirements for software upgrades/ version releases and ensure alignment with business processes or contribute to their evolution.
•Support Application Service Management and Super Users in assessing causes or trends in change requests
•Engage for Super User community to support in their daily business
•Engage in IT compliance related Tasks
•Engage supportively for local service delivery of Global IT community (IT supply teams) towards the business.
•Maintain and support local Interfaces between NCH systems and 3rd Parties including collaboration with them.
•Project oriented Tasks (Plan, Build) (70%)
•Manage small to mid-sized projects
•Facilitate discussions to help business anticipate future needs and opportunities
•Identify problems and prospects by performing independent research and assessing best practices. Understand and communicate where technology can help
•Raise new project proposals and mandates. Support definition of the business case
•Collaborate with Head of IT and business lead to determine scope, goals and objectives
•Quantify risks and return on investment with Head of IT.
•Conduct assessments of processes and data to detail requirements
•Contribute to create functional specifications
•Coordinate and support all areas of testing (Create test scripts, regression testing, …)
•Ensure Compliance
•Interview business partners, organize and run requirements sessions with groups of users

•System stability
•Incidents, problems, enhancements resolved/implemented in time
•Customer satisfaction measured by project and user surveys. Be personally accepted by business management
•Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost
•Achieve defined requirements and metrics
•Be aware of business vision and strategy – and the practical contribution of specific businesses processes subject to analysis
•Business process analysis / design is available, correct and complete
Incumbent requirements (ideally)
Education:
•Degree in Computer Science/Information Management/Business Administration
Work experience:
•4 years and more of experience in IT and Project Management
Languages:
•Fluent in German and English
