Bugzilla / ClearQuest (bug tracking) ClearCase (software configuration management) Microsoft Visual Studio Eclipse Development Suite Microsoft Office (general documentation tasks) good experience in Linux and Windows operating systems good experience in IP related protocols: TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, SIP, good experience in mobile protocols as GSM, WCDMA and LTE experience in test development experience in C++, C# and Java experience in Rational ClearCase good communication and documentation skills
