Migration of large SAP system landscapes into private and public cloud environmentsDefinition an control of KM processes;
working with colleagues to identify new requirements for our continuously growing knowledge base application;
implementing requirements in an agile way (frequent small increments) on all application tiers;
handing over new functionality to enable effective and efficient use of the application;
supporting user requests and fixing incidents in the applications;
Project documentation;
Preparation of material for project stakeholders;
Creation / maintenance of manuals and user guides;
Know-How:
- [Senior] Knowledge Manager min. 8 years experience
- Knowledge Management and Information Management Processes;
- must have a broad overview about the SAP product portfolio;
- must understand of SAP technology and architectures;
- must know a broad range of SAP business processes and scenarios;
- must have worked in at least one SAP implementation project;
- should have worked with the SAP Solution Manager;
- must understand HTML and Wiki;
- must be able to manage requirements and track progress;
- must enjoy working with users and customers;
- should embrace best practices in software engineering, service management and agile methods;
