Our client is a leading international mobile communications business currently looking for an experienced In-house Reorganisation and Recruitment Manager.
Key accountabilities:
End to end recruitment for a reorganization project (assessment and selection of candidate)
- Planning & Resourcing Strategy
- Internal/external posting
- Update of system
- Scheduling of interviews
- Organization & execution of assessment centre
- Reporting ( internal application tracking )
- Final outcome of interviews (selection Matrix)
- Offer management
- Consulting with line managers
Knowledge and experience
- Experience in in-house recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: Experience with assessment center
- Nice to Have: telecom background
