For one of our clients we are currently looking for an Senior Test Manager (m/f) based in Berlin.
Project Background:
The main responsibilities of the senior test manager is to develop a test strategy for BTs data center program and to lead, supervise and ensure the delivery of the complete, effective and efficient execution of all testing of application moves. He is also responsible to coordinate the testing activities with the infrastructure / foundation stream and make sure testing activities required as basis for application move activities were conducted successfully.
BT is planning to use IBM rational toolset in order to conduct stress / load tests. The test manager needs to have experience in the use of IBM rational. The most critical applications that are used are SAP systems, thus the test manager should have experience with testing of SAP systems.
We're looking for a senior test manager that has managed larger scale program with different test streams.
Task:
Planning / Preparation
Defines the test strategy and plan for applications
Define exit criteria for successful testing of Data Center Move and Foundation Stream test
Definition of application test environment requirements
Selection of test tool and provider
Project Management
Manage the following tests:
Test of operational support processes (Basis RIM provider)
Functional and Integration testing
Mass / load testing
User acceptance test
Creation of test plans
Update of test-resource planning
Allocates and oversees test resources, ensuring test policies are adhered to
Provides management reporting on application test progress, test outcomes, success rates, issues and risks
Management of test execution
Designs and plans testing conditions, test scripts and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
Coordinate conduction of application tests as defined in the test plans and design
For data center move stream records, analyses, diagnoses, reports and manages test events, incidents, problems and retest dependent on agreed criteria
Verifies tests conducted by other streams
